When mine arrived the white sealant under the lid was broken open. Is this still OK to use?

I need help with my ligaments & tendons pain in my ankle does it help?

Honestly, I don’t know. But when I slipped 2 disks in my lower back, the pain radiated in my buttocks. I rubbed this cream on and the next day it was already better. I mentioned it to my chiropractor who was very supportive about it. It’s been over a month now I injured my back and I’m still applying the cream but not as often. The magnesium is a kind of muscle relaxer, so I think that the muscle around the injury should release a little a help with the healing. Hope this help and good luck.
