Beverly International Creatine Select with Phosphates, 40 Servings

This product was my fourth attempt to use creatine as a supplement. The first three attempts (from three different brands purchased on amazon) were shut down after a couple of days of, shall we say, a substantial increase in time spent on the toilet. This had no discernible impact on my digestion, so after the nightmare of the previous products that is a pretty huge win for me. As to the efficacy of the product - I am an avid crossfitter and after a month of using the product I find that my recovery is greatly improved. This is particularly pronounced after lifting heavy. I am a classic hardgainer but have gained about 7 lbs of mostly clean mass without changing my dietary habits. Excellent product. More and more I am realizing that the quality of the supplements you put in your body (I'm looking at you, fish oil) is just as important as the quality of the food you put in.

My personal trainer recommends using only the Beverly International brand for creatine and glutamine and after comparison to other brands I understand why. I put two scoops of gultamine and about 1/2 scoop creatine in my 24 oz water bottle and drink it during my workout. It mixes well into water, tastes good and most importantly, helps my performance and endurance throughout the workout. I used to buy it elsewhere but now the price on Amazon is very competitive and with Prime free shipping, you can't to better. Highly recommended!

I've tried many creatine beta alanine products and I don't feel like they were doing much. For some reason I've been using this one for about 6 months and it's a clear change in response to creatine. I'm extremely satisfied with my progress.

I have tried about 6 different kinds of creatine and so far this is the best tasting, with no chalky or gritty residue. It mixes well. However, is a bit more expensive than other brands.

This stuff is amazing. Since I added it to my regimen (all Beverly products, 7-keto, lean out, mass aminos, energy reserve and fit tabs) I have seen an unbelievable amount of improvement in my lifts as well as definition. I'm female and an ectomorph and 50 years old, so this is truly leaving me and my trainer speechless. For example, my rear delt raise went from 5 pounds to 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Wow.
