I've been using Mod Podge for several crafting projects and it consistently performs well. Clean-up is easy with soap and water while still wet, and it sanded nicely between coats for a smooth result. My only gripe is that thick application can leave a slightly tacky or streaky finish, so thin, even coats are best. Overall, dependable and versatile — a staple in my craft kit. I used it to seal maps that I had printed on paper to put into resin coasters. It worked a treat. I did 2 coats each side and had no issues with the paper being soaked by the resin. You don't need much so a pot will last a long time. I ordered glossy which gives a nice shine to the paper. It looks and feels like it's been laminated, after the modge podge has dried - great product.

I’m a new Mod Podge user, I’ve always heard great things but I’ve never really had much use for it. I recently started diamond painting & I needed something to seal my completed pictures to prevent the diamond drills from dropping out or popping up. This product was so simple and easy to use; it got between all the tiny gaps between each individual drill, it dried relatively quickly and dried without a tacky feel; the finished effect left a glossy sheen. It’s done a perfect job of doing what I required the product to do. The glue washed out of the brushes and dish used easily. The price is decent for the amount of glue in the bottle, as you only need a relatively small amount it’s going to last me a while. I’m very pleased with this product; so much so that I actually ordered the Mod Podge extreme glitter too!

Bough it to glue glitter or fabric. Did the job well. Very easy to use with a normal painting brush. Initially looked very white but as it dried it became translucent. The glitter did stay on, so it seems durable, but the fabric became very stiff, so keep that in mind if you have any projects.

I bought this mod podge for a recent project with youth at a drop in centre where I teach arts and crafts. This is great for decoupaging napkins onto candles and actually it would work well on most surfaces. It can be used with a paintbrush or sponge brush. It dries clear with no yellowing. It is important to wipe the lid of the container well before putting the lid on as my previous jar would not open again. This mod podge can also be used to build up layers in decoupage. If you use it for layering in decoupage then you can sand the item after you have put around 10 layers of podge on (making sure the dry completely between layers). Then continue to do around another 7 or 8 layers. It gives a glass like look to your transferred item. This is the basic of the mod podge sealers. This one is not good for using to transfer photocopied images onto wood, that one is called mod podge transfer medium.
