Great item and works well with apple car play 👍

Cable works well and does the job, was cheap enough and is doing well so far. Hoping the cable will last at least a year but only time will tell. Connection feels solid betwenlen the cable and my phone that I use it for charging.

Great little cable, I use it in the car for Apple Play with my iPhone 16 Pro. Connects straight away and stays connected.

I have found that there is a lot of variation in USB cables, some do power only, some do power and data, and operation may vary depend on which way round the USB-C is inserted phone end. With a Samsung A35 phone some will do power, but I'll get a warning about slow charging, and may vary depending on where the power is coming from (power pack, port on laptop, dedicated charger) and plug orientation. With this cable I have not had any issues (though speed of charge does still depend to an extent on the source), and now that more devices use USB-C I'll be placing an order for more. It is a little on the short side for using in the car, but I fortunately I have something for that purpose.

I needed some more usb type-c cables as I got a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and wanted some longer cables and some spares. With AmazonBasics stuff you know what you're getting is going to be quality and that if anything goes wrong Amazon will be more than happy to sort it out in speedy and efficient fashion. Thankfully, this cable has been great and I haven't had any problems at all. I've only had it a few weeks so wouldn't want to comment on durability but it seems very sturdy and I hope it will go the distance. I've bought way to many "official" cables off eBay and Amazon in the past for very low prices and inevitably after a little while you have to mess around or stand your phone up at a funny angle to get them to work at all. I have been using this cable with an official Samsung fast charger and it has worked brilliantly. I have been able to charge my phone from low battery to full in a little over an hour which is great. I have also used it with a Samsung wireless fast charge dock which seems to be a little slower but still does the job in a very quick time, and you've got that extra wireless element to it. All in all a great cable... I have trusted AmazonBasics stuff in the past and it has not let me down. It isn't always the cheapest but is always reasonably priced. If it's something I'm going to be using on occasion I will maybe take a chance on a random brand but for something like this which will have daily use AmazonBasics is an easy choice! Don’t expect high quality.

Very good at Charging iphone 15 but car play wont work at all tried everything

Jag behövde kabeln för att koppla min Appleladdare till den trådlösa laddaren LIVBOJ från Ikea. Den gör jobbet! Kabelns kvalitet är okej. I needed the cable in order to connect my Apple wall charger to the wireless charger LIVBOJ from IKEA. It does the job! The quality of the cable is good enough.

It’s sturdy, does what it’s supposed to do, smells faintly of plastic, tastes like plastic (surely), and works perfectly.
