Great way for vegetarians to ensure they get their b vitamins and because these are methylated, they are better absorbed. Better and faster absorption means that you're not wasting your money and no hidden nasties. Great for daily (morning) use for vegetarians and also as a pick me up for everyone when they just need a bit of extra support. From a trusted and respected brand too. Some reviews on taste and smell baffle me, simply because it smells and tastes exactly like nutrient yeast flakes (nutfrivita etc) but concentrated. If you don't like it, pop a few drops into some juice in the morning.

So the absorbency is fine as it is taken sublingually BUT, to me, the flavour is so unbearable that I genuinely struggle to even take it. I am disappointed as I could cope with it, given the health benefits, if it didn’t taste particularly nice, but unfortunately it is not even palatable. If the flavour could be improved (I wonder if it was even taste-tested), I would happily buy again.

Easy to Use, much better than capsules or tablets. No bad after taste. Good Quality. Seems to work as expected.

Not sure if coincidence but ended up with restless legs a couple of days after taking, which have lasted for over 3 months so far. After reading online it says sometimes it can have this effect and almost keep nervous system stuck in "fight or flight"

All the necessary b vitamins in one product and the amounts are low enough. Pleased with this product and I will buy it again. Does not taste bad and is easier than taking pills.
