Great way for vegetarians to ensure they get their b vitamins and because these are methylated, they are better absorbed. Better and faster absorption means that you're not wasting your money and no hidden nasties.Great for daily (morning) use for vegetarians and also as a pick me up for everyone when they just need a bit of extra support. From a trusted and respected brand too.Some reviews on taste and smell baffle me, simply because it smells and tastes exactly like nutrient yeast flakes (nutfrivita etc) but concentrated. If you don't like it, pop a few drops into some juice in the morning.

An excellent product from a dedicated British company.I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering with fatigue and feeling lack-lustre, to take in the mornings.

The taste and smell is not great however just put in juice and the problem is solved. .Think it is having an affect as it is methylated the body can absorb easier and needs less.

All the necessary b vitamins in one product and the amounts are low enough. Pleased with this product and I will buy it again. Does not taste bad and is easier than taking pills.

This is a good vitamin complex, it does help me (I suffer many deficiencies due to health issues), I've noticed a bigger difference with this methylated one than others that I've tried.However... The taste is VILE. I mean truly horrible. It's like eating battery acid. I have many allergies so I did want something unflavoured and this fit the bill, but I didn't realise it would be SO bad. If you really cannot stand bad tastes don't buy this, you won't take it. I can just about get past it but i am struggling a bit.
