This was given as a gift  but im sure it has reverse stitch. I wouldnt have purchased  a machine that didnt have one.

Does it come with a overlocker

No it doesn't come with an overlock (type) foot.  It is possible to secure raw edges using a zig-zag stitch that places one stitch in the fabric and the alternating stitch just over the edge of the fabric.  I use this where I do not want bulky hems but want to stop fraying after first stistching the seam with a straight stitch.It is described in the manual and on YouTube videos.It is possible to buy a foot that will allow you to zig-zag and cut the fabric edge in one step. There are plenty of sellers on eBay.  Videos showing how this wires are also on YouTube.  This is probably as near to overlooking as you will get on a machine at this level.  For true overlooking it is best to purchase a dedicated machine.....but don't rush into it if you are just starting out.  There are lots of ways of creating neat edges without fraying and without the need to spend money on an overlocker that may not get used as much as you anticipate.
