does this come in discrete packaging

Soooooo not discrete packaging. Parcel wasn’t taped and it had fallen out. Just a box with folded flaps so no way was it staying in there! Thanks Amazon! Glad all my neighbours in the flats know what I purchased 😳 maybe look at packaging sensitive items better hey?

How do you open the pump?

Mine wouldn’t twist to pump, tried so many different things. In the end I pulled the top knob off out of frustration, put it back on and it pumped
