The price is right and the parcel arrived as promised. In comparison the price is much better than other brands. I could absolutely NOT find any similar product on the high street with ANY store. I asked at several BOOTS Pharmacies as well as SUPERDRUGs and they looked at me as if I asked for a beef steak from Mars. Holland & Barrett did sell this, but theirs was HIGHWAY ROBBERY EXPENSIVE. This is just right.

Formula seems to have changed in the few months between my first and second orders of these. The newer tablets are slightly larger and since they're just dry tablets they're a little harder to swallow than my first order was, hence 4 stars. Otherwise, for the price I figure why not have a few of these every morning? They can't hurt but they might be helping keep my weight under control, I can't really tell!

I tried taking one tablet at breakfast. I didn't notice any effect until night time when I tried to sleep. I found these tablets disturbed my sleep a little, as I noticed a very faint caffeine-like 'buzz'. It made my sleep lower quality. I usually drink around 3 cups of coffee before lunch with no ill effects so it's not because I'm generally caffeine intolerant. I think one tablet is equivalent to about 10 cups of green tea. Maybe I'll try cutting the tablets in two so I'm taking just half the dose. But for now I'm back to drinking just one cup of green tea late in the evening after dinner. I'm sure these tablets are the very best quality. I've got no reason to doubt that. But they're not really suitable for me.

I have taken this product for several years until just recently. My blood tests showed an alarming increase in my LFT. I was referred urgently! To Consultant in Hepatology (liver disease), who, when grilling me on what I had taken in the area of medicines and supplements, was quite vehement in instructing me when I stated that I had been taking tea tree extract to cease immediately. I was quite alarmed. Apparently they have now attributed the increase in in my problems with my liver (it was classified as "deranged") . Apparently, although drinking green tea was okay, green tea extract was not. My GP was not aware of that either. So, Lindens, perhaps you may want to check into this. For now, it's off my list. I hope Linden's can investigate. I have used many of their other products for years and trust the brand, but this may have slipped through the radar.
