Nice product.
This item is very good, no noise when in function, and the price is very good. The size is great and the water capacity is great. The item is also easy to use, function.

decent passive humidifier but not sure if the air filter is doing anything
the main reason we purchased this device was for the stack on top humidifier, which works really great. paired with a hygrometer it easily raised the humidity level in our living room by 10% or more most days in the winter. it goes through alot of water which is not a problem for us; makes us feel like it is really working with the fan blowing through the filter pleats. however not sure how well the air filter part on the bottom is working. we have a dog that is constantly shedding hair and dander but the filter always looks spotless inside when we check it every month. the "dirty air sensor" has never gone red except when we are cooking lots of bacon in the kitchen.

Works fine, great after sale service
Works fine. But my original unit died after 16 months. But ... The seller replaced it for free with my receipt. Now that's service.

Very poor quality
Worked well for about 2 months then it just suddenly stopped running one night, and then would not turn back on again. Seller never responded to get a replacement unit so Amazon thankfully processed a return even though it was after the return date.

Buy humidifier and purifier separately
Not worth it. Small capacity for water for humidifier and promise of free second filter on line according to registration never fulfilled. I don't notice any difference and setting is loud unless it's practically turned off.
