Ladies digital with stainless steel wrist watch LA670W

Lovely, little watch, but It feels delicate. This watch was delivered from Italy to the UK within 2 days of ordering. However, a little pricey at £32 when other sellers on Amazon charge £18 for it. Additionally, the usual Casio gift box is missing with the watch being delivered in a small shoe sized padded box! However, there was a turquoise velvet pouch sent with it. The watch strap is a little sharp and scratchy but it's adjustable. It is water-resistant and works on a 12h clock. There is no light on it, but it's easy to read. Very simple to use, includes a timer option/ date/month/alarm/ stopwatch. Ideal for a small/medium wrist, gets lost on larger wrist.

My first digital watch - and first Casio as well! Really like the look of this watch. It is large enough to read easily but not overwhelming in size on my wrist. Took me a while to work out how to set the time (first Casio!), but found an online video guide, and I then adjusted the strap with the help of my other half who pushed the clip firmly back into place for me. The watch is nice and light on the wrist too - not heavy like my other watch - all in all, I am impressed. It is such a classy design too, the way the wrist band tapers, and it is very comfortable to wear. Love it!

Just what I wanted as I recently lost one just like it. The only problem with this watch is that occasionally the strap becomes undone so you do have to check that it's still there and be aware of it falling down your wrist. It is comfortable, easy to adjust the strap and the instructions are clear. I use it as a stop watch and when working outside doing conservation work as I don't want to lose an expensive dress watch. It has a small face which is good if you have a thin wrist, like me. It is good value for money.

Lovely refined ladies watch. In my experience, it's really difficult to find a nice digital watch that isn't absolutely huge, or made of some horrendous brightly coloured plastic/rubber if you are a woman. This one is perfect for me - it's silver, so it looks nice with most things, it's thin (both in the width of the strap and the thickness of the face) so it isn't huge and unwieldy and the strap adjusts so I can fit it on my freakishly small wrists (an issue I've had with many watches is that they spin round my arm all the time - not so with this one). It's very simple - it does have alarm and stopwatch functionality as well as a timer up to 30 minutes, but there's no day/date or backlight. However, it's still probably the best watch I've ever owned.

I like the simple design and easy to read screen. It's small enough for my wrists and it's smart for work.

Really tiny version. Not like expected.

Not a bad looking watch for the price, that is, and will look reasonable with business attire as well as casual wear and may even look OK for the evening as well. The stop watch feature is useful and it the instructions for the actual watch settings are easy to follow. But the adjustable metal strap looks and feels quite flimsy and is likely to break after a short time, and I can't stand this type of hook strap because you can so easily think you've secured it and you haven't and before you know it the watch has slipped off and you didn't notice. It is not much good for rushed morning dressing either. For a watch this cheap, a metal elastic bracelet would have been more than adequate and would have done the job far better. Also there is no instructions for adjusting the bracelet strap either (you will find them on some of these reviews instead, but at least you don't need to go to a jeweller). The face is also quite small and may not be suitable for someone with poor eyesight. There's no backlight either, which does not help. Some reviewers love this watch and I can see why: if you have petite arm bones and small wrists that can't carry a large face without looking like a Roman Centurian and you have great eyesight and want a smartish cheap watch that you can wear for the office without looking too poor or over casual, this is the watch to get. But, personally, I would rather spend a little more on something that ticks all the right boxes for me. Nevertheless, I have decided to hang on to it, but only because it was so cheap on Amazon at £13.99 and because I already sent back another watch this week and two in one week seems rather excessive. Once it goes wrong though or the strap breaks I can't see my replacing it, like other reviewers do on here.
