i think so as it comes int he original michael kors box but it has a slight problem. i bought htis watch with two other friends- as in 3 seperate watches and aftera week the colour goes to grey, if you like grey, go for it if not then dont, as all our watches went grey after 1 week!!! amazon said we can replace it for another after i showed them picture but what will tht help, it will keep getting grey

No, this is NOT real. I bought this last Christmas as a present for my girlfriend. The band was more of a grey colour as oppose to "rose gold" and the watch itself started to fall to bits after around a week. The dials on the side also did not work. I would strongly advise you buy the watch from a jewellers.
