Great boost and helping hand for baby in the first 3 months
Started taking these as soon as I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks, I am now 14 weeks pregnant with a very happy wriggly baby! Great multivitamins and good value for money compared with getting these from your usual high street shop. I went for the pregnacare max because I wanted to give my baby the most help I could in the very tricky first 3 months. We lost our first baby at 9 weeks and whilst trying to conceive our current baby my partner and I both took the pregnacare conception tablets, which we only had to do for a short while. Its hard to prove these vitamins had anything to do with the conception of our healthy baby but it doesn't hurt to try, especially when the pain of going through a miscarriage being for whatever reason is so terrible. The only thing I would say is that i can't even hold a packet now without feeling sick! Although they didn't make me sick they are very difficult to swallow because they taste horrible and are so large, plus you have to take two AND an omega 3 capsule - too much to cope with at times when you're struggling with morning sickness! Now i'm entering the 2nd trimester and starting to return to my normal self where I can manage to eat a much more balanced diet after a rough 3 months I am choosing to switch to the original pregnacare for the rest of my pregnancy.

Great value for money
Pregnacare Max is excellent for peace of mind. If your budget allows and you don't mind taking three pills a day, it offers the most advanced nutrient delivery on the UK market. However, if you have a very healthy, calcium-rich diet and a strong stomach, a simpler one-a-day supplement plus a separate Omega-3 might save you some money without sacrificing much benefit.

Helped with health, both mental & physical
Worth every penny. Before pregnancy I'd been rather ill and my iron levels were really low. I never missed a day taking these and I never felt stronger. My iron levels went up(!) I had energy and it ticked all the boxes for my midwife too. I don't know if it is related but I had no problem expressing colostrum at 38ish weeks either, built a big supply which was needed after a complicated birth. I strongly recommend these and the; new mum and breast feeding tablets when ready.

Trusted for my second pregnancy – highly recommend
This is my second time using Pregnacare Max. I took it throughout my first pregnancy and was really pleased with it, so I didn't hesitate to choose it again for this new pregnancy. The best part for me is that I have experienced zero side effects. Vitamin blends can sometimes be heavy on the stomach, but these have been perfectly fine. It is a bit of a daily commitment with the multiple capsules/tablets, but for the reassurance they provide, it is well worth it.
