I’ve bitten my nails for over 30 years, so growing them out has always felt impossible for me. I've been using Sally Hansen Hard as Nails for a while now, and it’s become a staple in my routine. It applies smoothly without streaks and dries fairly quickly, which is always a plus. My nails definitely feel less prone to breaking when I use it regularly and have a better chance of growing to a nice length (though they do eventually break/split/bend still (it's not a miracle treatment and I probably need more supplements). It’s a solid option if you're looking for a basic, reliable nail treatment that does what it says. Definitely worth picking up if you want to try something that works without spending a lot (I have found it is often cheaper on Amazon than in Boots)

i have always had the MOST damaging nails after always doing gel extensions! this polish really helped my nails get stronger, and when i paired it with the sally hansen max growth, i just stopped getting extensions done and got gel on my natural nail! which made my nails soooo much stronger! i cant wait to use this product more, its my no #1 nail care!!!!1
