yes you can sterilise them in the microwave or as i do in the dishwasher.

Are these airtight and can be used for puppy food and kept in the fridge. I don’t want to freeze them, just weigh out portions and keep in fridge

Yes you can used for puppies food and keep it in fridge but is for small portions ,like 2full spoon going inside .

Are they silicone pots? Is it easy to take the food out?

Hi they are not silicone pots. They are plastic I believe. I would imagine you would use them to freeze your baby food. When you take it out from the freezer, you can put it in warm water to thaw the food. Its actually quite handy even when going out. Hope this helps.
