excellent value. Many shapes and sizes. The small is actually the one most used, though when it was purchased I though it would be the least used. But once you drain your ricotta or cheese, the solids fill the small nicely and it presents a nice shape for serving

I’ve been wanting to try making kefir cheese, and these molds have been a fun way to experiment. I appreciate the variety of sizes, and I find the small molds to be the most effective. However, as my cheesemaking skills improve, I’ll definitely be trying out the larger size molds as well. They’re a bit flimsy, so I’m not sure how long they’ll hold up or how they’ll work for pressing with heavier weights. But for beginners like me, the value is quite good.

Ich verwende die Körbchen jetzt ca 1/2 Jahr und für mich als Anfänger in der hobbiekäserei sind die Körbchen perfekt. Sie riechen nicht nach Plastik, sind stabil und lassen sich gut reinigen. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen da das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt!
