I bought this product after hearing from a friend that this is a good product. However, my own experience was quite different. The AC charging port has gone bad and therefore I can not turn on the radio. The customer service is non-existing. They dont respond to your calls or emails. Maybe their philiosophy is that once the product is sold, no need to serve the customer. Highly disappointed !!!

Excellent All-in-One Portable Speaker I recently purchased the iBELL 700BT, and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is solid and the brown finish looks premium. Hello, Purchased this radio a month back and I’m genuinely impressed! The sound quality is clear and crisp and even at higher volumes. The tuning knob is analogue and not digital which a welcome option is. The design is also truly classic. Delivery was prompt and product was well packed. Full marks to the product, seller, amazon and ‘ibell’. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good radio.

iBell FM Radio is very good product to listen FM and BT songs. The radio is unique in its retro style and compact design. Radio is worth buying and working well.

This is the 3rd time I ordered for the 3rd radio set in 2 weeks. 1. First order : iBell Radio - it was unpacked, handle partially broken, does not charge even after 5 hrs of charging continuously, however sound was very good. Second Order : iBell radio replacement - it has no sound & also does not charge , fully defective. Third Order : I asked for money return & ordered Philips radio this time. This is also defective, no sound at all. No adapter is given. I took to radio shop & they tried with adaptor & battery but no sound at all. So pls take this Philips radio back. I AM TOTALLY DEJECTED, FRUSTRATED, VERY UPSET WITH AMAZON FOR THIS TYPE OF DEALING & SENDING FAULTY RADIO SETS FOR 3 TIMES CONSECUTIVELY.

المنتج رائع جدا جدا أحببت اقتناء. الصوت نقي جدا مرتفع وسحب اشارة الراديو واضحة جدا. خلاف انه فعال جدا في البلوتوث وقراءة الفلاشةو كارتة الميموري. جهاز غني بمعنى الكلمة وسعره اقل بكثير من قيمته. الجهاز ممتاز جدا تحفة فنية نادرة وبكل أمانة ادعو لهواة الراديو بشراءه.
