Looking for a sports bra that can provide enough support for holding up my girls without causing my back to hurt from wearing it all day.

I would say yes! They also have adjustable straps which makes these sports bras more supportive. The straps are not overly wide or thick but still let you adjust at will without them cutting into your shoulders.

The bra pad is injected mold, removable pad, or both?

It is NOT MOLDED - Stretchy material. It has Pads ( nipple covers) you can remove.

Does this bra offer enough compression to hold my breast down while doing jumps and running?

I am 34DD/E and it is definitely not enough support for running or jumping unless I wear a tight compression top over it.

Sizing and design

Very supportive and comfortable to wear. Sizing is a bit “off” but can be adjusted, although loose in the front when put on, Large is what I wear now but I had to return the blue large I ordered a few weeks ago. I think the sizing has changed because I can still wear my white sports bra, but now I have to buy the X-Large,,,

Keeps everything in place for running

Great for working out and for more heavily chested— specifically running has been easier without feeling every little thing. The only down side I’d say is the adjustable strap is hard to put on by myself

Best Sports Bra! Big boob friendly

I LOVE this bra!!! I am a 38G and I have such a hard time finding bras that work for me. This bra is great for most activities, but running and jumping isn’t in that list. Overall, it is a high impact bra and it is very comfortable and feels very secure. When breaking the bra in, I had some spillage, but I rarely have that issue. I do like where the bra sits and that it doesn’t dig into my sides.
