I am sitting on it right now, to write the review. It is the 18"x16"x3" cushion. It really makes a difference on these old hurt hips on my wooden chair at the computer. I am a larger person (not huge but no where near petite) and over 140 pounds-that's why I chose this cushion- meant for >140 pound people. I have tried a number of cushions and the problem was always that a plain square cushion or a couple of pillows never could do what this cushion does- which is twofold- it has a cutout so my tailbone doesn't get sore like it always did after hours on the computer, and second- the front tapers down. I never gave it much thought before, but having the taper means the cushion isn't constantly digging in and applying unneeded pressure on the back of my thighs. Both the cutout and the front edge taper really make quite a difference. The soft fabric on top is nice. The rubber grips (on my chair at least) stop it from moving around so well, that I have not needed to use the removable strap at all. I cannot speak to durability as I haven't had it that long yet, but it seems well made and sturdy. Like anything that is memory foam- it sinks down when weight is on it, but it still gives some cushioning as needed, and when I get up, it (so far) fairly quickly bounces back to it's normal height of close to 3". All in all- I am very happy with it, and intend to get another for the easy chair in the living room-which lost it's 'easy' many years ago.

Ordered this for a family member's wheelchair. They love it and can comfortably sit for longer periods of time now, where discomfort used to be a reason for them to get back into bed, instead of staying upright and active. 3" depth seems to be ideal(this product), the 4" seems to sit too high where their feet can't reach the foot pedals. The person using this is about 5'10". Auvon, if you're reading this could you please put the depth at the top of the description instead of having to scroll all the way down find out. I'm having to return a separate product that looked similar to this one for someone in a larger chair, but the depth wasn't stated as 4". This particular one seems to be very good quality, is just the right thickness, definitely provides pain relief and has good stability when placed properly in the wheelchair.

It's a nice pillow when you are stuck in a wheelchair, but it gets hot like any other pillows. And all you want is to get out of the chair. But it does the job it says it should do. It's a good pillow, comfortable, I like the shape, let breathe your behind, well it's important when you stay in there for a long time. It fits my wheelchair perfectly ( make your own measurement, all wheelchair are not the same). A good support, I think it helps your back very well for my opinion. It is really thick and I like this part, that's how you know you get some support.

When an elder member of the family has to spend any extended amount of time in a wheelchair, a pad like this is absolutely necessary to prevent pressure sores from taking hold. This is not a luxury purchase; it is a heath care must. It is firm and held up beautifully for the abuse we put it through. I do recommend this cushion.

Does improve seat comfort. Cushion is strong enough not to collapse around you, and soft enough to cushion.

My mom found it very comfortable but it could not put up with the constant wheelchair transfers. After 60 days the stitching came apart on the retention loop making it unusable.

This is extremely comfortable. I like memory foam. I use it on my wheelchair.

Initially bought got my frail elderly mother, then used by my father … but we all appreciate using it (not only for wheelchairs which it fits snugly as designed). This is quite a thick pad but it’s gives excellent support even for thighs and zero pressure on tailbone and keeps cool. Actually we love it.

This memory foam seat cushion is amazing. I have bought 3. One for my manual transport chair in the house, one for my electric wheelchair and a third which came so quickly thank goodness because my husband left it on the roof of the vehicle and we drove away with it on top. I was happy I had one at home in my manual chair but didn't need to take my house one out because the replacement was here before I used my outdoor electric wheelchair. They really help when sitting for so long.
