Easy to use and effective!
After feeling tired and run down during the dark winters in the rainy PNW I got bloodwork done and sure enough was vitamin D deficient. My naturopath recommended this product to me to take daily and it's working wonders along with trying to eat more veggies (which I'm terrible at)! I was told that taking vitamin D in the liquid form is better than swallowing a pill because it reaches the bloodstream faster. As a part of my morning routine I mix about five drops into any drink. It's very easy to dispense and won't clog the hole it comes out of. It dissolves super easily and has a pleasant taste if it's just mixed in with water. It will settle to the bottom pretty quickly though so it's best to drink it right away. It's been a year since I started taking this brand and my vitamin levels are back. Perfect product.

taste is good. just one drop
in these trying times im trying to stsy healthier with vitimins. i work night shift and sleep in a dark bedroom during the day. so thought i would add this and a liquid zinc. this is just 1 drop on your finger then lick it off or however you want to do it. taste good. have no idea if it works! but i will keep using it on the days im not out in the sun

If your D levels don't rise with capsules, this liquid D was the ONLY thing that helped raise my levels-even OVER Rx grade 50,000IU. Easy to use and decent tasting. D is so important and for immune health, calcium absorption and a multitude of other bodily needs. I thought I was getting enough with SUN, calcium products and a capsule supplement.....NOPE...LIQUID D to the rescues and this product is a good grade.

Treats depression
Just 3 drops a day got rid of my extreme depression that I was diagnosed with. Have your vitamin D checked. My vitamin D was almost nonexistant the first year and I took 7 drops. Now I have it all under control and I take 3 drops a day to maintain. The lemon isn't bad, but the berry doesn't taste good.
