Great Toner from the Wella range
The product works much like other toners in the Wella range. I found the colours vibrant with a good shine, though be careful to overtone your hair. Like all toners, the product will wash from your hair in time, but with proper maintenance the colours will be great. The product came well packaged and was shipped swiftly.
