My 6-year-old granddaughters did it! —Mostly on their own with my guidance and help, and had fun doing it. They can thread the needles themselves. We read the instructions together, sewed together. I tied the knots and cut the thread. Easy and fun and nice designs. Easy to follow instructions!

Easy to put together. Good quality and great value. Easy to follow directions. Bright colors. I made these with my kids and gave them as gifts for Christmas. I added a string to the top so it could be hung on the tree. Nice size for an ornament or table top decor.

We ordered several craft kits for December activities, and these were by far my favorites. They are so sweet and cute! My younger kids (2 and 4) did need quite a bit of help with them, but my 6 and 7 year old just needed help getting started. Very well put together kit and so much fun to complete!

Got this as a fun craft project for my nephew (9yrs old) and my neice (7 yrs old) to do on Thanksgiving as they really seem to love arts and crafts. We did the gingerbread person and the tree. I was going to do Mrs. Claus but that went out the window early on. The kit does come with everything needed. There were even some extra ornaments for the tree. If you are doing this with a child that has had experience sewing you might just need to check in on them once in a while. That was not my situation. I was basically a full time assistant while working on these. Helping them with the instructions (they were easy to follow), helping rethread needles or unpicking stitches a couple of times. I still enjoyed it because we were working together and that's what matters. But if I had just expected to say "ok kiddos have fun" and walk off that would have left them frustrated. Had to explain making mistakes is part of the sewing/crafting process a few times, lol. Ultimately they each finished their project and they looked super cute and they were really proud of them. We added a loop of string and hung them on the tree. I wish I had taken some pictures but they turned out the same as on the box.
