All I can say is Best Buy needs a better geek squad! Surface 3 Charger. I have had this Surface 3 for a long long while. To be transparent I also hadn’t used it in a long while either(actually thought I had lost or sold it lol). But when I found it again my elation was quickly crushes by devastation, because I couldn’t find the charger! All I knew it was a usb mini charging port. When I went to another chain to grab a universal charger I was met with we don’t have that and really you should probably just get a new computer!! I mean I get upselling but don’t act like you don’t or can’t find the charger. I was even questioned about where the actual charging port was on the device(smh)…. But I digress. I have found my long lost charger and I can’t be happier!! Not only can I begin to use my Surface 3 again but it’s the exact replica of my original charger. I appreciate the fold down prongs! This feature keeps transporting safe and less chance for accidental breaks. The cord is almost 58in long and the box is about 3in long by 1in wide and yes, it is lightweight. The usb fits comfortably and securely into the port. I’ll have to add to this review once I see how long it takes to fully charge, I’m starting at 47%. Last but oh oh not the least, the cost!! I believe the coat was reasonable. Again it is currently doing its job, but the true test is to see about the charging time. Though again my Surface 3 is old as ever, so it may take extra time to fully charge. But to be honest I’m not too concerned w/ charge time for the purposes I’m using it for, rather my main concern is that the charger will be able to merely provide juice to use the Surface 3 and not just die. So far I’m happy and content with my purchase!! Another Amazon purchase for the win ‘

It works like its supposed to. I have a Microsoft pro surface 9 tablet with keyboard. Unfortunately I stepped on the charger cord and snapped the wires. So I ordered this replacement. It plugged in and charged my tablet.

Product as described. Nice additional in center console. It is also great to have additional cul holder.
