CAP Puzzle Exercise Mats | 1/2” Thick EVA Interlocking Foam Tiles for Home Gym Flooring | Multiple Options

We have a home gym. It has a concrete floor because when knew when building our home we were going to use the space as a weight room so we intentionally did not put flooring down. (It's in our finished basement.) I had two teenage boys at the time (now adults) and we purchased this flooring to help with the noise and to protect the floor from accidents. I initially put this flooring down in 2017. It's was super easy to install, wall to wall. It does get thinner over time, but I just recently replaced our flooring, so it lasted a good 8 years. There weren't any holes or any significant reason to replace it other than normal wear and tear. This flooring has been used and abused daily and has held up very well. I highly recommend it. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to put down, it can be cut to fit with a utility knife or scissors if necessary. We have two golden retrievers, they don't normally go in there, but their paws/nails don't hurt it and it's easy to clean with a broom or vacuum. We also clean it weekly with disinfectant. We have never been let down by CAP products, great quality without breaking the bank!

I ise this for my almost crawling baby, since I have tiles this helps with their knees and also when he tries to pull himself up but tumbles down. Great quality, thickness is good and ease clean up.

These are very nice exercise mats easy to clean easy to store. I have taken apart a few times and they still have kept their shape.

Great mats. A little thin and slippery but seem to be alright for the price.

Everything about this product is amazing. (Dont mind the dirty bottoms and the worn down paint 😭) I have worn them for serval long periods at conventions. At AC for like everyday of the con, and PDFC. Traveled with them, have been in a suitcase. Still holding up well!! Very easy to glue shoes onto, and scoring the surface. I'm sure these will work for other projects as well! I recommend using a SHARP box cutter to cut the mat as it's very thick/dense, that's if you don't have a bread saw or smth.

Came as expected - good quality as well. I use these for making foam crafts and plasti-dip and they work well. Good price.

We have a few areas/projects that we bought these foam pads for. One lining the bottom of our husky tool box to avoid the bolts scraping things and provide a more even surface to lay things on. The second thing we are using these for are to put under mattresses and seat benches for our pop up trailer. These were easy to cut down in to sizes we needed. They seem sturdy and a decent thickness for what we’re using them for. I’ll update more picture and effectiveness of these soon. These came in 2 packages, 1- 6 piece and 1- 12 piece.

These CAP exercise mats ARE A GREAT OPTION. IF YOU WANNA KEEP YOUR FLOOR SAFE I’VE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS AND THEY ARE STRONG RESILIENT AND STILL IN GREAT SHAPE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING A HOME GYM. AND QUITE HONESTLY WHAT HELPS MY CHOICE IS THE CAP CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE.

The quality was decent, but some of the puzzle mats had noticeably different shades of black.
