All good for sourdough bread. I highly recommend.
Used only once so far for grinding to make sourdough bread. Although I mixed it with spelt, Kamut and rye grains this was the best Sourdough I’ve baked in the last 2 years and the only different ingredient in this one was the wholewheat grains from this seller! Time will tell when I bake more bread but for now I’m really happy with my purchase.
