Can a big butt fit in this comfortably?

We have had guys that are 250lbs sit in these and be comfortable.

Is this hard to assemble? What tools are needed? Any advice or tips would be appreciated!

There were serious design flaws in our set. Screws didn’t line up and some of the covering went over places we needed to place the screws. Took forever to put together.

are the cushions removable and washable?

Can I use this set inside the house? I have a four season sunroom.. Is it treated with chemicals that prohibit it from using inside the house?

I see no reason why you couldn't except it definitely looks like outdoor furniture.
