soo I ordered these in cold weather no joke I received more than asked (not by much) maybe 10 was dead and it was in a thick non insalated box with a warming pack the 10 that wasn’t dead didn’t show no heasatation on moving and by far out of Josh’s frogs and a few other these didn’t stink they outlived any crickets Iv ever got from petco or Josh’s frogs will start but here ps: support their business they sent me a hand written letter amazing customer feedback here:)

I don't understand the negative reviews. Especially the ones that talk about value considering if you go to a chain store, you're lucky to get 100 crickets for under $10. Also, all living things can die in shipment which did happen to one of my orders. Ovipost took care of this very quickly and made me happy. I've just placed my 4th or 5th order of 1000.

Crickets were in transit for almost a week! Received them tonight and half of them were dead ....very disappointed over all will not order again nor recommend to anyone!

They're smaller than I expected, but that's not a major problem since they'll get bigger over time. I'm very pleased the majority are alive despite shipping in the midwest in November. I requested they sent it to be held at the local post office, which seems to have worked out nicely. Definitely will do business with them again! (And having a source for such small crickets will come in handy next month when my tadpoles are starting to emerge--it's impossible to find real pinheads in local stores.)

I use these crickets for fishing about 100 were dead when they came that was ok I took about 50 out as I was using them keep the rest in the box they were shipped in with the warmer but the temp dropped one night and the rest died I stilled used some of the dead one to catch some fish waiting for warmer temp.before I order any more

I have 3 reptiles that eat bugs and have ordered from many places. This company by far has rhe best bugs and delivery. As well as I have little to any, die off after receiving or until I order more. I would most definitely recommend them for your buggie needs.

There were quite a few dead ones due to no heating pack during shipping. The size was good but lost quite a few.

I had a great order of 1000 crickets that the majority of them all came alive and stayed healthy. I still even have some a month later. I would definitely order again. Our leopard gecko really enjoys them and the price is great!
