Trayvax Shift - Wallet Comb

Love this wallet comb over the many others I have or have tried. I don’t have a beard which is what most will use this for but I do have short hair that needs to be straightened or bushed out after wearing a hat all day or a really windy car ride. Seems dumb but it looks weird if I don’t. As for the Shift it fits perfectly in a Trayvax Summit thanks to the little grooves that match with the nylon strap. The other Trayvax Wallets I have (Contour, Original, and the 2.0) it works but makes them a touch heavy and awkward to push the cards out. With the Summit you can remove the plate and put this on the front. It also fits in my other wallets. I use a Lunar Concepts Kirigami and a Bad Idea Supply Wallet and it fits in both. Fits a Ridge too but I’m not a fan of that guy anymore as the elastic and screws have worn out on both of them. The Shift looks good. Has no sharp edges. Has 2 bristled edges that are rounded off for different widths to slide into basically any wallet. The bottle opener is a nice bonus. It’s a simple thing that works and can actually keep a flimsy or codura wallet in shape due to the rigidity which to me is a plus. Cool little wallet comb. Decent price and it works.

Best comb in the market

This is exactly what I was looking for for my wallet, Dango makes a credit card type multi-tool with a comb called the MT03, but it does not fit into the majority of wallets, including their A10 and M1 Maverick series because it's not actually the size of a credit card, it's slightly larger. This comb is not only a perfect fit for the A10, but it also allows an ID to be put in the wallet on the other side backwards so that you can see it through the comb without removing it from your wallet. It also has no flex so you can use the bottle opener without removing it from the wallet. The only downside to this is that because the comb is on the narrow portion it's a little more awkward to use than a regular comb or similar card sized combs that have tines along the long side. All in all that the small compromise for how solid this thing is; It's expensive but it's worth it. I also respect how they didn't bother to put a bunch of useless things on here like socket adapters and similar credit card multi-tool signature nonsense, It's just a comb and a bottle opener and it works perfect for both.

I use the Elements wallet, and if you place the comb on the bottom, cash will rub against the opening of the comb and the bill holder. I had to place a card on bottom first, than the comb, and followed by the last of the cards . Maybe better on other Trayvax wallets. The comb itself functions well and is a good purchase and have used it a couple of times already.
