Excellent washing machine, it looks good and performs well for my needs. Very quiet when washing and spinning. The 7 kg drum does seem smaller than my old 6kg, great value for the low price. I also had a free uninstall install and removal this was an added bonus. Although on install the technician left the water inlet hose at the rear twisted and facing the wrong direction. Therefore only trickles of water were going in. I did fix this myself, or this could have been a costly error. In spite of this great value.

Giving 5 stars for washing machine lovely machine very quiet done couple washes good programmes on it well worth money ,only problem was fitting guy said valve was seized and couldn't touch it my brother who electrician got valve off in seconds connected pipes up running in no time .

Great machine, it hasn't skipped a beat. Its not all singing all dancing like more expensive models, but perfect for a small household. Washes perfectly and is really quiet, its so easy to use and looks great. I think this was a bargain to be honest, as I was offered free delivery to a first floor flat, free installation and removal of my old machine, furthermore, i was able to pay by 5 monthly instalments through Amazon with no interest.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the warranty support. The washing machine broke down and started shaking so violently that it became completely unusable. It’s not a minor issue—it’s unsafe to run and caused real concern for my tenants. I raised a warranty claim on the 21st, and when I checked the status on 30 April, it showed: *“The vendor is repairing your item. Your item has reached the repair centre. You should have it back within 20 business days.”* This was simply not true—the machine hadn’t even been picked up. This kind of inaccurate update caused unnecessary panic and confusion. I then had to call Amazon customer service and spent hours being passed between different representatives. Eventually, I was told they would “look into it” and try to arrange a repair asap, but the whole process has been slow, unclear, and frustrating. A warranty claim should be straightforward, especially for a major appliance. Instead, it turned into a stressful and time-consuming experience with poor communication and misleading status updates.

So far so good, emergency replacement for our old machine that sprung a leak before Christmas, bargain price too, plus great delivery and smooth installation as part of the package. Plenty of settings, eco, long spin, adjustable timer, cold wash, low temp settings, does what it says on the tin, very quiet. I held back on reviewing for a few months as I was not sure of the Hisense brand. Pleasantly surprised though and recommended, only slight niggle is the smaller load size, but we were aware of this when we bought it, just the 2 of us, so not a real problem, but may not be suitable for a larger family that needs daily use.

Arrived on time earlier today. The drum is smaller than expected but, not a problem as I can always put an extra load on and I guess large enough for households of one to two persons. The operation is straightforward and diffrent spins and temperature options for each setting. The washer is exceptionally quiet and would be ideal for an apartment block. I also had free add ons which made life easier and it was unpacked, installed and my old machine removed along with any packaging within 20 mins. Great price would highly recommend. Thank you.

Veramente slim, bel design, origina qualità prezzo. Venendo da un modello del 2010 indesit apprezzo il timer e la silenziosità. Ha tantissimi programmi e lascia panni profumati e ben lavati. Consiglio; inoltre il ritiro e montaggio Amazon è eccellente.
