Good supplement for high fiber.
The flavour leaves a horrible after taste for long time. Otherwise, it does a good job with providing high fiber. It comes in sachets which is easy to use.

I found this supplement excellent for taking care of gut issues, especially constipation. Taste is also great!

Not worth to buy.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s not what I have thought of it. Its flavour can only consume with any sweet dish or curd or milk. As the taste is tangy so I couldn’t use it with my proper meal. I have to use it with my breakfast edibles like muesli, cornflakes or rolled oats.

The taste is disgusting!!
It claims that the product tastes good, but it tasted really bad. To explain it, it tastes exactly like how yoy mix strawberry yogurt in water with artificial sweetner. This product is high on artificial sweetner making it taste super super weird and syrupy. It also makes you bloaty and gives you a tummy ache! Value of money is 0 Quality is 0 Effectiveness can be somewhat around 2.5 Energy level is 0 I would not recommend this product to anyone sadly.

Inconsistent Quality
Quality seems to have deteriorated in late 2025. Batch bought in Oct 2025 tastes diluted / not as effective as before - looks like manufacturer has reduced the active ingredient content in the product.

Great product!
I absolutely love the taste. When I feel like drinking anything other than water, I just drink this with ice cubes and it’s so refreshing, with all the added benefits of fiber!
