Why can't this protin powder and the Vamilla flavor too be filled yo the top o.am oaying for less then a half filled container!?

The containers are filled with the proper oz of product and there is a air gap to allow for shaking the product to brake up any clumping.

Can you easily stir this in your coffee?

Suppose that you could, although the flavor may not be compatible with all varieties of coffee. I simply mix with water, which is simple and has a pleasant taste.
