Works just as intended. Puts me to sleep when I would otherwise toss and turn all night. My iWatch shows that I routinely get quality sleep. The gels tend to come stuck together. If so, simply pound the bottle (upside down) on a towel on the bathroom counter. Enough will break off the clump for at least a few days of use. Repeat when need more. It's not the big deal that deserves 1 or 2 stars as some are doing. But then some people struggle with common sense. Great products and extremely reasonable sleep aid product. The night aid I was buying from C*stc* was giving me nightmares several times a week, so I had to look for an effective alternative. This was the answer.

This works as well as any name brand at half the cost. It takes about an hour to work. I don't sleep more than 2 hours at a time, normally. Due to pain. I sleep a good 4 hours when using this product. Try it I th8nk you too will be delighted.

This is a good sleep aid. I like to try different brands to switch it up and so my body doesn't get used to one brand and the effects lessen and don't work as well. These worked well and didn't cause any grogginess in the morning when waking up after using these. These are the gel capsules and not the pill form, which I prefer and think are better in performance. These did exactly what they were intended for. Now usually the gel capsules don't have any taste to them, but these did have a little bit of a weird taste when I put them in my mouth, but that immediately went away once I took a swig of water to swallow the pills. The taste was like what the gel in them tastes like- I once had a capsule pop/leak out in my mouth before swallowing (don't worry, not these ones) so they have a very specific taste- so possibly some gel might have been some of the residue on the outside of the capsules. Ive ordered this brand before and that taste wasn't there so I'm thinking it's just a one off. Other than that one little quirk, these are great.

No taste since it’s a capsule! I swallowed them fine but people should still make sure to drink plenty of water to get down! For the amount you get you cannot beat the price! I take one along with another sleep med and it worked fine.

Unfortunately, as others have said, they were all stuck together. I was finally able to separate them, however, they are all dented & have a bitter taste. Disappointed...

These sleep aid gels are the best thing I have ever used for helping me get sleepy. I'm 67 and I take two of these nightly while watching television. Before I know it, I can't keep my eyes open. Also on the plus side, after about 7 or 8 hours, I am ready to get up refreshed and start my day.
