This is my personal review, based upon my personal and professional experience and witness. These tablets are a little bit of an investment, but from my professional experience I know that they’re a reputable brand you can trust. I worked in a high end supplement retailer & pharmacy, and this was one of the brands we trusted and it’s an affordable price point for the quality you get with Life Extension brand. This product actually does work if you stick with it. It’s not “a miracle” weight loss pill, but it’s done better than anything else I’ve tried over the counter and it’s effective if you’re actually supporting it with good decisions in your lifestyle. Before I started taking these, I had cut as much added sugars from my diet. I don’t drink sodas or energy drinks, and I watch the sugar content on everything I consume. I drink water, but not as much as I should. I don’t do much exercise or go to the gym, but I do walk my dogs every day for about a half a mile or so. My job keeps me on my feet and running around, and I get about 2,500-3,000 steps a day. At first I noticed an increase in my energy and a reduction in my cravings for sweets. After about 6 weeks (along with proper eating habits and exercise), I had lost 10 pounds. 10 weeks, 15 pounds- and a majority of it was belly fat. I don’t go to the gym and work out, but I do walk my dogs every day. It’s a very mild-moderate exercise. My roommate and friends noticed my weight loss after a few months of taking APMK Activator every day. Of course, your experience may vary because all our bodies are unique and different. The tablets are a little difficult for me to swallow, so I have been splitting them in half to get it done. Sometimes I might even soak them in water to “loosen them up” to make it easier to swallow. They don’t taste bad, they just taste like an earthy tablet.

I would recommend trying it. I think that it affected my blood sugar and I’d feel nauseated if it dropped, which was new. I am already on low carb and don’t need to lose more fat but was hoping I could add more carbs with this. My arms definitely are more defined - I lift weights so this was my goal. The keto-like diet completely wiped out bloating and any fat/weight gain and actually helped me gain muscle and this did seem to have incremental benefit. So not sure I would stay on this supplement but it’s worth trying.

I tried it but it needs to come in a capsule, it is a large pill and hard to swallow! It left a bad taste in my mouth that lasted all day! Can't tell if it works, it tastes too bad to keep taking, I put it in the trash!!

I’m very satisfied with this supplement. Since I started taking it, I’ve noticed better energy throughout the day and I feel like my metabolism has improved. I love that it’s vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-GMO, which makes me trust the quality even more. The tablets are easy to swallow and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I started using this product almost a ago. I began using this product for weight loss. I had changed my lifestyle by eating much better and working out on a regular basis. I was using this to continue the process. I had, prior to coming into this, lost 27lbs. While on this I was able to be maintaining what I lost but it didn’t seem to be helping me loose anything more and I didn’t feel much better. After about 6 months I slowly started to gain more while being on it so I said enough I wasn’t going to continue paying for this if it wasn’t helping. I weened off of it over the course of a couple weeks and gained 20lbs!! I was very upset because it took me a long time to loose the 20lbs in the first place. After a time I decided to give it a go with doctors permission to try again came on it and it did nothing at all. I stayed the weight I was, which was where I started at from the very beginning and I did the meds for another 6 months. I stayed on them more so due to fear of coming off and gaining more yet again even though continuing the same lifestyle. I’ve been weening again for the last 2-3 weeks and I’m up 6lbs! This did not work for me.

This is the best of the activators in my opinion . You will notice it when you have it and miss it when you don’t . The others only carry the single ingredient .

I bought this product and started taking that for one week, I feel absolutely different in my body. I have been dieting and exercising for many years (as long as I know myself) I am not fat however I am not fit the way I want at the same time I can gain weight extremely quickly, that is why I am always dieting. As the result of many years being on low calorie diet, I feel always cold and shivering even in normal warm days. As soon as I started taking this I started feeling warm from inside, much more energetic, youthful and motivated. I started to feel my belly fat is shrinking more. I absolutely believe this product is very effective and I ordered more and will definitely be ordering this in the future.

I think this is giving me brain fog and making me feel sllloooooow. This supplement was the only change in my routine recently. Discontinuing it,

Affects your body. Had weird feeling and headache so i stopped.

Tried it for two months, made no difference

Very disappointing, there has been very very little results todate. I will try one more bottle, but I really think this is another rip off..... burning my money in the backyard would be as helpful... LOL
