## UPDATE AFTER 10 MONTHS As a regular user and new admirer of the Mokobara backpack for its design and functionality, particularly during my daily commutes on Namma Metro in Bengaluru, I feel compelled to share my experience with a concern that has recently arisen. Despite its many conveniences, I've encountered an issue with **persistent black smudges on my shirts**, especially around the areas between the clavicles and armpits. These marks, I believe, come from the synthetic material inside the backpack's shoulder straps, becoming particularly noticeable when I sweat on my 1.5km walk from the metro station to my home. This problem has unfortunately led to the damage of five of my formal shirts, rendering them unsuitable for professional environments. For clarity and evidence, I have included photographs showing the affected areas on two of these shirts. It's much worse in real than in pics. I want to highlight that my use of the backpack is quite careful, primarily carrying it by hand and storing it in an AC office environment, with the only exception being the walk home from the metro station. In light of this, I had to switch to another brand, which, though functional, doesn't fully cater to my daily requirements. When I reached out the Mokobara support and its founder, they just blatantly rejected working on the feedback since it was beyond 12 months, and just told me to buy a newer mokobara product. -------------------------- I have been using this for ~5 months now. I paid 4.5K during an offer deal. Good: it's roomy, well placed pockets, has good utility. A lean traveller can pack for a day's travel. Bad: It doesn't have flaps over zipper to protect from rain, no rubber feet at bottom to protect from wet or dirty floor. I am frequent traveller, so these features do help. I must say this doesn't beat my awesome 5yr old Targus Terminal T-II bag. It's still great. Got bored of it. So bought a new one. Durability & ruggedness not tested yet against Targus.
