I bought this product because I read about it online and I loved that it was low carb, high in fiber and versatile. Because it is tasteless it can absorb the taste of any seasoning that is added. I am still getting used to the texture which is chewy, but it is a great product if you want low carb to facilitate weight loss, and looking for a high fiber miracle food. So, try something new that has raving reviews.

This rice has no flavor and therefore absorbs the flavors of a recipe. I often use it to make a faux rice pudding.

Horrible! 5 of the 8 packages between 2 boxes had defective product. Noodles came out in a block shaped like a sponge would not pull a part. Rinsing and squeezing the water out still retained the sponge shape. I could have literally just started washing dishes. Boiling in chicken broth for 30 minutes did not make the noodles separate so in the trash it went along with the other 4 packages that I could tell were the same. It’s so very obvious that old product was mixed with new product because there’s no way they came from the same batch. I have never had a problem with this brand but, ordering the angel hair has shown me that either the company is no longer keeping up with quality control or they have a lot of old product that they need to get rid of and they’re mixing it in with the new product. Expiration date was November 2025 on the box. With this product being on the pricey side, it seriously disappoints me that they would do this to their customers. Even though I have never had a problem with this brand before, I will not buy from them again. Another order would be like playing Russian roulette. Am I going to get a good one or a bad one this time? I will become another company’s loyal customer.

I was hoping these would be a good low-carb pasta alternative, but the texture and taste just weren’t for me. While they might work for someone focused strictly on keto or calorie-cutting, I couldn’t get past the strange consistency. Not something I’d buy again.

Tastes good for what it is, the portion size is small. The entire box is really just 2 servings in my opinion

I EAT T MOSTLY VEGETARIAN AND THIS RICE IS FABUOUS. IT IS EXTRMELY LOW CALORIE, SO I PAIR IT WITYH SOME CHOPPED VEGGIES LIKE BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER. a GREAT LUNCH.

I wanted a substitute for rice, but after trying this will my Pork street tacos, I really could not see any reason to use it. There is no flavor, which is OK, but also little texture. I hoped it would be good with stir-fry, too, but can't see the point.
