They are comfortable and an easy fit for hands. They provide a little extra resistence when working out in the pool.

I have never found a good pair of aqua gloves. They are either so big they fall off or they are hard to get on and off. This is a good substitute. They are easier to pick up and hold and you can drop them anytime to pick up another tool. I keep them handy so I can just grab them anytime I am not using another tool.

Got them to work out with… they work great. The kids have found many different things to do with them lol

Easy to carry yet medium weight when in the pool adds so much more to my aqua fit class and does not scratch my legs or arms like the hard plastic water weights provided at my gym. Love the deep blue color too.

Provides light resistance, good for beginners of water aerobics or folks just looking for one step up from no hand weight at all. Was not what I was looking for.
