Great item for cooling.
Bought for skincare but use now for any swelling areas. The velcro is strong and the cooling masks stay icy for a good hour before becoming more cooling for even longer. Comfortable on face when adjusted with elastic. Looks as indicated on photo. No scent. Perfect for pain relief, skin care, or anything needing cooling.

Good Quality
This product has been helpful for my tension Migraines. We keep this is freezer 24/7, and it stays frozen for about an hour after thawing. Under eye pads are great for puffiness or nightly skincare routine. Slim packaging makes it easy for freezer storage.

Helps with migraine pain and the device is quality made.
This product is made very well and it looks like it will last. There's a bit of a learning curve to it. If you're storing it in the freezer obviously you can't place it right on your face. Once it thaws a bit and becomes flexible to conform to your face it works quite well. And for those with a "big" head, no need to worry about the size as it fits mine perfectly with the adjustable straps. I personally bought mine to help with migraines and the pressure around my eyes. The only drawback that I can think of is, I wish it would stay cold for a longer period of time.

This kit is soft, durable and soothing! Stays cold for 30+ minutes. Great for small, portable ice pack use. Used for anxiety and headaches. Not convenient enough to use as an every day beauty treatment because the small eye pads do not stick so you have to hold them in place or lay down. Well packaged. The plastic gel material is soft.

Love this! Very soft, cool and soothing. Material is nice, easy to clean. Easy to cool, easy to use, easy to put on or place. Great size. Face feels firmer.

Needs some improvements
I hopes I was going to love it but there are. Few flaws. When freezing it developed kinks in it so trying to out it in my face was difficult. I used the small circles mostly because it was TOO cold to put in my face. So cold it was painful. There is no barrier between face and plastic so I had to hold it to my face in increments.
