I have been taking Peptiva Probiotics + Sleep Support for about 3 weeks, and now have it on automatic shipment. I have a horrible time sleeping, and have been tracking myself for years. Only if I've taken some kind of sleep medication can I ever get 5-6 hours sleep, and of those maybe 1-2 hours of deep sleep. Immediately upon taking Peptiva Probiotics + Sleep Support, I fell asleep quickly. Usually I can lay awake watching TV or playing with electronics (yes, I know that's not good but it was the only way to calm my mind) - and I could do that for hours. But the very first night with Peptiva Probiotics + Sleep Support, I couldn't even make myself stay awake. I didn't feel drugged - I just felt sleepy. I fall asleep within one hour of taking the product. Since I started taking it, I have had the best sleep I have had in years. Every single night is 3-4 hours of deep sleep, and I've had a few nights with 5 or more hours of deep sleep. I don't ever remember that happening - at least not since I became an adult. My mind doesn't shut off, and is easily excited when I start thinking about things I need to do, or remember something I forgot to do. But these pills calm me down, relax me, and put me to sleep. I was honestly hoping they wouldn't work, because they are so expensive. But they work so well, I will gladly give up something else, so I can keep taking these every day. I, too, had taken many variations of these ingredients, but they have the perfect formula that works (at least for me). I notice some reviews say they are familiar with these products, and they don't do anything. Give it a try. It's the combination they have that makes the difference. And while I was writing this review, I realize I have had a calmer stomach, and less issues since starting these pills. They really are working for me, and it's truly a gift. Amazing!!

Wonderful stuff helps my gastro paresis and also helps me get to sleep.

It takes about a week to feel and see something change … you fall asleep on a deeper level after about an hour after taking the pill …

When I tried to cancel this subscription, it was definitely NOT easy to find. There is nothing wrong with this product but I no longer need this particular supplement. I will definitely not subscribe to anything else as it was made very difficult to change the status. I have kept a copy of the confirmation but do not want any further hassle.

This is very good. Taking this as my probiotic at sleep time means I do not have to take a sleeping pill. st week when the stories came out about Melatonin I asked my cardiologist about it He said nothing has been proven and I can continue taking it

I have tried so many different products but these ate by far the best! No bloating or uncomfortable full belly. I make sure to keep my cabinet stacked!

Gave me severe indigestion. Had to use antibiotics to get back to normal
