My son was very excited to get started on practicing for kindergarten homeschool. He is a lefty and needs to practice cutting with lefty scissors. There are different patterns for cutting with different complexities.

Very pleased with this book good for little fingers to learn to cut

I'm not certain if I'd recommend this as an absolute beginner cutting book, but there are a wide variety of shapes to cut out and colour. Gets the job done.

VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES

My granddaughters just love cutting out so to be able to follow these simple outlines was great fun for them and of course, they enjoyed colouring in afterwards. It encourages hand eye co-ordination and encourages them to be a bit more precise in their cutting out.
