bought this to replace a rusted out Catchpan on an Expert Grill. This is much stronger than the original catchpan that came with the grill. With the price of everything going up I was ready to build a replacement pan for my grill. After doing a parts search here, I found this and was delighted as it would save me a lot of time and didn't really cost a lot of money. Honestly I get tired of building stuff just to salvage otherwise usable equipment. This went together in about 5-7 minutes and saved me from having to Modify an old cookie sheet. This will fit many different models of gas grills. This pan gave new life to a five year old grill and should last much longer than the original with proper care.

Perfect fit for my Expert grill. Listing states it weighs 6.5 pounds. And I can say it sure is heavy.

The tray fit my 2003 Weber Silver B perfectly. The drip tray holder came mishaped as a result of the packing and took an awful lot of bending to get it to a useable form. Definitely not as rigid as the original. Took off a star for that because I don't think it's going to hold up for more than a season or two of taking the drip tray itself in and out. Drip tray liners are ok

This is a quality product that works great. The grease tray adjusts to the exact size of my grill. Very easy to assemble with good directions. The grease cup is an added benefit.

I bought this because my last tray was old and rusted out. I live in the Midwest and our weather can be kind of tough on metals. I couldn't really find any products that would really match my Charbroil Grill. This fit perfectly and it has some great quality metal. Hopefully it lasts a while.

After trying to rig up a catch pan underneath my grill (the original one rusted completely out), I broke down and ordered this kit. It's a little pricey in my opinion, but overall was a good purchase choice. It was easy to assemble and fits my grill perfectly. I can't wait to use it this weekend.

This pan worked to save my old gas grille. It was much deeper than my CharBroil grill and it stuck out the back. I trimmed the ends to slide deeper into the track underneath. All it took was few minutes with some tin snips. Now I can use my grille without the grease falling on my propane tank! I also liked the removable drip tray. It even comes with some foil pans to protect the drip tray and make it last longer! That will make it easier to clean up!
