Works very well on a i5 , the temperature is well within limits even when pushed using processor intensive software . The price was very reasonable for a well built easy to fit cooler. No instructions needed but the included leaflet was very clear as to how to fit

Great low cost quiet and effective replacement processor fan. Pre loaded with thermal paste to go straight onto the processor. Minimal fitting instructions included. I found it fiddly to install although this was not the fault of the Cooler Master, I think the design spec of the of the fixing is poor for the myopic like myself. My learning = ensure that the four locking pins are in the open position on insertion and to lock them in diagonal pairs to even out the pressure on the processor and motherboard. Check youTube for video of this. Cheap and cheerful, not really for the mod frenzied over clocker, works fine on an i5 under day to day use including much gaming.

This product is great, good value for money

Use on a build to cool an i5 13400. It’s low noise and keep the CPU fairly cool. Installation was a braze, just put the back plate on. Then screw in and connect the 4pin PWN fan header and the 3 pin ARGB header and your good to go. The pre applied thermal paste is enough to do.

I did not understand how to mount this fan properly, the plastic pegs were bending everywhere as I tried to force them in. That said the fan and heat sink feel solid and it runs well. Add 2 stars to this review if you are more competent than me, take two off if this is the first CPU fan you are installing.

Is relatively easy to fit and it is amazing that it has made such a difference to my NAS PC, halving the CPU temperature and now the disks are more noisey than the PC when some load on it.

Bought to jazz up my sons’s PC. Easy to fit and works with the onboard ARGB controller so it strobes the same colours as the other fans. No overheating issues and look great. Highly recommend.

Compré el Cooler Master X Dream i117 para un PC sencillo y la verdad es que cumple perfectamente. Es fácil de instalar y su tamaño compacto viene muy bien para cajas pequeñas (low profile). El ventilador es bastante silencioso (alrededor de 19 dB) y mantiene bien las temperaturas en procesadores normales, sin exigir demasiado al equipo . No es para overclocking ni CPUs muy potentes, pero para uso diario, oficina o gaming ligero va sobrado. Por el precio que tiene, es una opción muy recomendable si buscas algo básico y fiable.

Efter en del felsökning på min vattenkylda PC så skaffade jag den här för att testa. Temperaturen med vattenkylningen har på sista tiden stadigt legat på över 95 grader C trots labbande med fläkthastigheter och att sänka spänningen till CPU. Nu, med den här monterad, ligger tempen på 40-45 grader C!!! På mitt exemplar är det två kablar, den ena med 4-polig kontakt och en ytterligare som jag inte anslutit. Troligen går den till LED'en men den är jag bara glad att slippa.
