Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic-Coated 18" x 13" Baking Sheet

Very happy with this for baking. Excellent results every time. Greatly appreciate the ease of cleaning. After dozens of uses, looks like new. These are a bit heavier than I would prefer. Warps a bit in hot oven, but not enough to interfere with bake.

Carraway is a great brand made out of really good material and it seems to be rust resistance. It’s pretty to use it fits well in the oven things cook very nicely and evenly on it and it’s the perfect size especially when cooking for a lot of people. I absolutely love this Pan.

I have been slowly trying to choose better items for myself and my family and part of that involved upgrading my cookware. I had already switched my pan that I cook eggs on to a le Creuset and had hoped that they made a sheet pan as well, they don’t…so off to find a sheet pan with a ceramic coating just like the Le Creuset. Caraway seemed to be the winner so I ordered two large sheet pans and tossed my dirty, sticky “nonstick” sheet pans. I was hesitant to get both pans in the large size since I have a wall oven in addition to my stove, but luckily they just squeaked by. Yes, these are expensive. They are worth every penny! If you get these and take care of them there’s no reason why they should ever need to be replaced. Cleaning: I had been familiar with the cleaning of the Le Creuset, but the key things to remember are, don’t use tools that will scratch while cooking or cleaning. You will ruin the coating. Also, don’t temperature shock your pans. That means don’t take your pan straight from the oven to the sink and immediately pour cold water onto it. It might crack. What I love: The large is the perfect size for both my stove & wall oven. I don’t need to tin foil the pan before cooking like I did before with my old pans. Sometimes when I’m cooking something very greasy I will still use parchment paper to soak up the grease, but the biggest benefit is when you cook messy foods (ex: chicken cordon bleu and the delicious cheese bubbles out) you get crispy delicious extras that you never had before. The pan is so easy to clean it’s like a dream. I just wait for it to cool and wipe all the grease off. No scrubbing at all. Buy these and you will not regret it!

Highly decorative for decorative staged cooking - not practical real use. Worst kitchen product I’ve ever purchased (at least in terms of highest level of regret). Heat snaps in oven every time it’s used in 325-400F range literally everything is cooked in - not to mention that technically they say you can’t even use it for anything higher or for broiling .. but missing the extra high temp usability is my fault as I should’ve never bought a pan that you can’t even broil in — silly of me to have assumed that a baking sheet is used for baking and broiling? Pretty sure a very pretty and expensive sheet pan that you can’t use for vast majority of baking isn’t what sheet pan were designed for. It doesn’t matter what colour you pick because that paint will scratch off immediately. Unless there’s some super delicate oven that doesn’t have metal rubbing on metal - it’s going to happen and going to happen probably right away. The handles are of material that are hard to clean and scratch - main reason why I bought as I wanted a quality pan with handles. It’s the top recommended pan on Spruce Eats when you search for pans that don’t warp. After I checked again it mentions that there’s a con - that the pan warps LOL. So technically it’s a number one pan amongst pans that don’t warp with the one tiny flaw — that it warps. Cool. It is very pretty! If so if you want to put on an apron and high heels and stand with cookies on a baking sheet that you made on a completely different baking sheet.. then this is the pan for you. But if you do any kind of cooking on daily basis - this is just an expensive pretty thing that will be in the garbage soon. Which I personally detest because of baking she should last like from generation to generation even with heavy use. And once it’s ruined, how are you supposed to dispose of it? This is a perfect example of our entire culture and why we deserve everything that’s coming in the coming decades

I love the cookie sheet. Completely non stick and cooks evenly. Easy easy to clean. The only drawback is that it is so pretty, but i used it once and the pretty paint scratched right up. I made cookies and did not do anything to cause this, other than sliding in the oven. So now I am sad.

These ceramic-coated pans are very expensive, but they are worth every dollar. It is almost impossible to get anything to stick to it that will not come off easily with a simple brush stroke. Even more amazing, 18 months later, the pan has not lost any of its coating and still works as well as the first day. I ended up buying a second, smaller one six months later, and I like it just as much.

Heavy weight to them and easy to clean. Made to last.
