I want everyone to know why I bought this, because it does not contain ginseng or shilajit. Both of ginseng and shilajit cause sleep problems for some people like me but this product is so good so I purchased this. It does not cause any side effects for average people like me. Every other product I tried in the market causes side effect .You must take it one capsule a day only to avoid vitamin A toxicity. I also want to say I used to be lot depressed and very less stamina person, this thing increased my stamina a lot but I must this is still a supplement only so take proper natural fruits, food and carbohydrates and fibre along with it. Finally a word of updated advise after 1.5 years of usage- A lot of us have mthfr mutation and copper intolerance which may cause bloating ie stomach heaviness when we take it as all multivitamins presently in market have folate instead of methylfolate(which is better) and have high copper content.

Doesn't bloat. Didn't see any difference and that's normal for any multivitamin tablet. All good when it comes to nutrition composition wise. It ticks all my requirements. Please pick your specific gender for best results. As of now the price is on higher side but any further increase isn't worth it as this is not completely 100% non-synthetic based. I wonder if there is anyone who claims that if it's heavy metals & toxins free. A request to manufacturers: please lower the price & keep it same as your composition. No need to hire expensive celebrities to endorse and we consumers know clearly that those advertisement cost is finally pasted on buyers! Your product is globally accepted as good.. Please make it affordable with same composition. Do good at affordable price. A serious request to increase Calcium & Vitamin D composition for both genders.

Some constipation problem, but definitely energetic, they should find some solution regarding constipation, then it's no.1

Not effective and jam-packed with things you shouldn't be ingesting. This one has 17 unnecessary and harmful ingredients, 2 of which are synthetic colors. What justifies the use of those? Would you feel healthier taking blue colored pills than brown ones? If you look at the US version of the same supplement, it has only a couple of those 17 harmful ingredients. Indian manufacturers take the same manufacturing approach for supplements as they do with prescription medication which is largely intended for short-term use. It might not be that harmful if you ingest synthetic colors and the other extra ingredients for like 7 to 10 days, but taking them for months daily is definitely bad. For US supplement brands India is a lucrative market. They just apply their label to cheaply and unprofessionally manufactured supplements and it still sells and they reap the rewards. I just looked at the brand name and bought it trusting that it would be clean and great because it's Centrum. Always look at the ingredients list before buying supplements, and never buy those that have lots of extra ingredients.
