this is perfect for zesting an orange, lemon or lime. Its so much better and easier to use than a grater which ends up with most of the zest on the grater. It was a good price and seems to be holding up well. Easy to clean off.

Great zester! Fits nicely in smaller hands, very durable and I store it in a drawer with the meat mallet, fairly easy to clean (I put it in the dishwasher), great value for the money.

I use this to zest orange peels for an Orange Chicken recipe I make. It works for zesting much better than the stand up grater I was using, and is very easy to use, safer for my fingers. I’m able to get zest from all of the orange except for the ends. The hand-held cheese grater works nicely too. It produces a very finely grated cheese. The little brush is a nice addition for sweeping things away or off into a container.
