My doctor recommended this supplement. I have been taking it for over three months. The benefits this supplement offers are many. I may not KNOW how it has affected me which sounds counter intuitive, yet overall I believe I feel better. I have not experienced any negative side affects.

No notable impact as of 2 weeks taking-no side effects felt
I have been taking the Luteolin 100mg capsules for approximately two weeks. I have not experienced any notable side effects. I have not yet seen an outward benefit from taking the capsules. They do not seem to give me stomach upset or headache. I will continue to take them and update if needed with further time and use. They are GMP-certified and 3rd party tested but not USP-certified. I like the potential health benefits and am hopeful that they are working in a way that I cannot yet see.

The bottle and capsules are of good quality and were properly sealed/packaged. I can't say for sure if the product is helping me internally yet, but the capsules seem to be of good quality.

No noticeable difference, but I am not getting sick either
I have been using this product for over 2 weeks now and not noticing any difference, but I am not getting sick either. The thing with the supplements is that you will never feel any different, but it may be beneficial for your body, because we don't know what is going on inside, so we just have to trust the process. I will update you on what happens in the long run, after I finish the entire bottle. What is luteolin used for? (Luteolin, 3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone, is a common flavonoid that exists in many types of plants including fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs. Plants rich in luteolin have been used in Chinese traditional medicine for treating various diseases such as hypertension, inflammatory disorders, and cancer)
