This item appears to be working for me, taste is OK, quality looks good. I did not catch any smell and it appears to slightly help my skin out. I was using a capsule but it's out on Amazon at the moment.

Helping hormones.
Ordered this to try and increase libido and testosterone. And while I can’t attest quite yet to hormones cause I haven’t had my labs ran I can say in the week of taking one in morning and night I feel very much like my old self. It’s been great so far.

Helping so far-
Maybe a little too early to write this... But I will, and maybe add on later- I just received these today- immediately opened up and took one- I let it dissolve in my mouth before swallowing- within 5 minutes started feeling calmer- I think my hormones way out of whack due to ongoing stress-I am postmenopausal- Hopefully will continue to help- I eat super healthy- kind of a ayurvedic type diet but needed help- Hope it helps others-

Highly recommend taking shatavari
When I was younger, I had problems with extremely pain, heavy, and horrible menstrual cycles. The doctor found a hormonal imbalance and put me on meds. I also switched to all organic products (definitely do this as it's a game changer - though it may take a few cycles to notice a difference). I wanted off these meds, though, so I added in shatavari. I have not had any severe issues with my cycles, and even the wild moods are so much better! The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is that I'm wondering if the dosage is accurate on the bottle. I only say this as in my last cycle I noticed an uptick in some symptoms that, with another brand I'd taken, were not like that. I don't know if I need to adjust my dose or if it's this specific brand or something with the formulation where the dosage is perhaps less accurate. Either way, I do still recommend this brand as it helped overall, just not as well as another one I'd taken in the past.

I use this supplement every 3 months, when I finish taking ashwagandha. It's pretty good, I don't feel as stressed when I use this.
