You could make it yourself. But it’s going to cost you 6-900 for the gun, 50 for box of .40 bullets, 25 for range rental and then 5-10 on glue and the threaded piece inside. $685-$985, depending on what brand of gun you go with. 😅 Lol.

where are these made???

NOT sure but they are spent bullets made into valve stem covers. I know make my own but bought these for a nephew who is a cop and saw how simple it was so do it myself now.

does this fit the schrader or presta vlalve system

As far as I know there isn’t a car tire in the world that uses a presta valve. These are made to fit car tire valves
