Harvest Bounty Loaf Pan

This is a great piece of kitchenware. Pricey, I know, but the quality is next level. This guy is HEAVY - not just sturdy and built to last, this guy can easily be passed down to future cooks/bakers. This thing was undoubtedly built to LAST, and that quality is reflected (and easily warranted) in the price. As for performance, it's a dream to work with; good non-stick coat, easy to clean, doesn't bend or warp, hasnt rusted. The mold works great if you know how to properly do molded sheets (prepping, greasing, powdering, whatever is called for; I've implemented all as necessary). I've purchased several of their molds and all are amazing. Save up and get for yourself, or gift to a cook/baker. You won't regret it!

This is the most decorative baking piece I own. It has a design that is great for family and or outside elegant gatherings. When I first used it I thought the 3d design would stick to the pan, but it looked awesome, and shaped just like shown in the picture..used pumpkin bread mixture..the pan is thick and durable, strong and well made. Bakes well but place it on a pan if necessary. Takes bit to clean crevaces ..I hand wash it, but I think it's dishwasher safe. The cost is steep, but you have it indefinitely.

There was a time when baking pans were either square, rectangular or round. That is in the past. I have special pans for different seasons and this will be for Thanksgiving and autumn. Home made baked goods are always welcomed and this pan will provide a spectacular presentation. With this pan you may use either a boxed mix or a scratch recipe. Even though the finish will give a quick release I always recommend using a cooking spray. Or you can brush melted butter into all the nooks and crannies and then dust with flour. Always turn the pan over to remove any excess flour. A third option is to use a baker's spray. It has a blue cap. This pan is for what is called 'quick breads' which are cake-like. When you pour the batter into the pan lightly tap the bottom of the pan on a flat surface. This will help to get the batter into the nooks and crannies of the pan. This will also eliminate air bubbles created from mixing the batter. The pan is beautiful and requires special but easy care. Never put it in the dishwasher as the detergent used in a dishwasher can harm the quick release finish. Soak the pan before washing it to make it easier to remove any crumbs which may remain. If there are some stubborn crumbs use a mushroom brush, if you have one, or a tooth pick to loosen them. This lovely pan will give you years of service and rave reviews for your baking.

This pan is GREAT! I used it for making cornbread and it came out easily and looked great, AND, very easy to clean.

A sturdy loaf pan with a cute design for the fall holidays. Choose a dense bread/cake to make and prepare the pan well so it is easily removed from the pan. I liked it so well, I bought another with a different design.

I’m not a baker and the pumpkin bread I made turned out perfectly the first time! Beautiful pan and very good quality. I used a baking spray with flour and clean up was a breeze.

I love the way this pan looks. I have made a couple quick breads and they have been gorgeous. I did not put enough batter in the first time I used it thinking that it would rise more than it did, but that was my fault not the pan’s. I use a flour and shortening pan coating to prevent sticking, which I apply with a basting brush. I recommend lightly tapping the pan after filling to ensure all the nooks and crannies get filled with batter. If I had more room for storage I would buy more of these Nordic shaped pans.

Nordic Pans are so beautiful and sturdy, with a hefty weight and intricate design. This one is no exception, and its Fall design is appropriate for pumpkin and apple cakes, as well as any delicious cake or bread recipe. It's a good size, and if brushed with butter or cooking oil and lightly dusted with flour, the cake pops right out of the mold, and the design is beautiful. I've never burned a cake made in a Nordic pan, as they bake evenly and well.

Excelente produto, que deixa um bolo em formato maravilhoso, de causar surpresa e inveja em todo mundo! Já uso há bastante tempo e a forma se mantém sempre nova. Fácil de desenformar e de limpar. Gosto muito e gostaria de adquirir outros modelos, mas o preço é sempre o impeditivo... rs

No es el primer molde que compro de esta marca, son hermosos, durables, los parques o gelatinas salen perfectos, Material grueso que permite horner y que no se queme, desmolda perfecto, soy fan de la marca y siempre estoy en espera de los nuevos modelos.

Probably the most money I've ever spent on bakeware but now I understand the price a bit better. This thing is heavy and feels like it's going to outlast me and maybe a few generations after me. No way that it will dent in case someone drops it or of same someone starts bashing it to get the cake out (*looks at boyfriend*). I'm not sure about its ability to break, but as it's not ceramic it should be fine? Make sure to grease the mold/form well so the cake doesn't stick. And when baking in the oven, use a flat surface, not the grid. Because of the uneven pumpkin-shape, the mold might tilt due to the gaps in the grid. I tried the recipe that came with it and BEWARE, it's way waaaaay too much batter for this mold specifically. I think it would do better with half the batter and filling, but to be tested/confirmed. It also tastes better once it's cooled down completely (especially the filling). The recipe in general tastes really good though.

Beautiful quality! My pumpkin bread come right out with the most beautiful design on top.
