There is an entire section of the book, problem solving, that goes on for 200 questions but is actually pretty irrelevant. Despite that, the revising sections are pretty ok. Sloppy written
It's like nobody cared to read through this book two times, there are so many typos, many answers and solutions are wrong. There is an entire section of the book, problem solving, that goes on for 200 questions but is actually pretty irrelevant. Despite that, the revising sections are pretty ok. I'll give it a 3/5 pass as I still found it helpful for structuring up my study, but definitely one of the worst math tutoring books I've come to read

5 stars - A great book for information on the TMUA
This book contains an in depth explanation to how the TMUA exam is structured as well as what to do both before and after the exam. Would recommend.

Good for practice
It was good for practice, but some aspects of the book was not as relevant.

mixed feelings on this book
My son was frustrated with this book as he found the initial knowledge check questions poorly worded and thought some of the solutions long winded. He then found the few examples of past paper solutions frustrating as they didn't include the actual question , just the answer. In the end he used other TMUA resources that he found more helpful with more "inherently logical and comprehensive solutions"!
