I cannot live without this product - my favorite magnesium
Drop the melatonin and get this magnesium supplement instead. As someone who struggles with insomnia, this supplement has changed my day to day life and sleep routine significantly! You will have the same vivid dreams but the experience of regularly taking a quality magnesium supplement is far better compared to other sleep aids. I’ve tried a few of the other big brands for magnesium and this one hands down is the best. Give it a shot for a month, you’ll be grateful for the experience when you feel more rested, calm, fall asleep faster and deeper without feeling groggy the next day.

Life saving magnesium supplement
Smidge evening magnesium supplement is so amazing. Before I found this product, I struggled falling asleep at night and getting a good nights rest. This product has helped me immensely, I sleep very well and wake up rested. I started using this during menopause and it was a deal changer for me. No more sleepless nights, also great to use with a smidge daytime magnesium. They balance each other out.
